If QrDishes Pro does not fit your restaurant, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund the amount paid for that first period to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days; your bank may take additional days to post it.

After the first 14 days

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial months.

What happens to your codes after a refund

A refund ends the paid subscription; your menu page then stays live for the remaining period covered by the plan, and your table codes continue to resolve to a valid page.

Your table codes always keep working

When a paid subscription ends, your menu page stays live for 30 days, and table codes always resolve to a valid page — they never become dead links.
